Easy skirt gathered on an elastic waistband. Made from crushed silk tissue taffeta remnants. French seams and wide hem. The interior labels are 100% cotton. 

Pure silk. Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Twist firmly and air dry. Do not bleach. Made in NYC
