SALES TAX

Residents of New York City will be charged sales tax at checkout.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Hilda Ereaut is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. 

Please note: your shipping method reflects the transit time of your package after it has been processed. The normal processing time of up to 7-10 business days applies to all orders, regardless of shipping method.

 

USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders over $100 ship free via USPS and express delivery options are also available at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders over $600USD receive complimentary standard shipping.

See below for flat rate shipping fees and regions: 

New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific: $25 USD 

United Kingdom & Europe: $40 USD

All other countries and regions: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your country of residence.  

International orders may be subject to a customs duty that will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Please make sure you check this information as Hilda Ereaut is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of your order on commercial invoices. We adhere to all international import/export laws.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please choose carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before placing your order please contact us here.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, or need to exchange your size please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please note that size exchanges are only possible for items that are in stock. If the item is out of stock we will offer you an item exchange or refund. The cost of shipping will not be included in the refund. Items must be returned in the original condition, unwashed, and unworn with all tags still attached. 

If you find you have received a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Notifications, along with a copy of the order receipt and detailed photos of the item, should be sent to info@hildaereaut.com. Damaged or faulty items may be exchanged or we will offer you a full refund, including the cost of shipping. We may request that you send the item back to us before we can determine if it is faulty or damaged. Damaged or faulty items must be returned in the condition you received them, unwashed, and unworn with tags still attached.  

HILDA EREAUT reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.

   

PRE-ORDERS

Some of our items may be available through pre-order. At the time of placing your pre-order, you will be charged the full purchase price for that item. Processing times for pre-ordered items may vary. Estimated shipping dates will be listed under the item description. We will make every effort to ensure that the order is shipped as close to this date as possible. 

Please choose carefully when pre-ordering, as we cannot offer size exchanges for these pieces at this time.

MADE TO ORDER

Some of our pieces are available on a made-to-order system. At the time of placing your order, you will be charged the full purchase price for that item. Processing times for made-to-order items may vary. The most accurate lead time can be found on the product page.

If you would like to request an expedited lead time please reach out to us, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that there is an additional 20% fee added to the original purchase price for all expedited orders. 

Please keep in mind that we can not offer size exchanges for made-to-order pieces at this time, but we are happy to work with you to make sure that you are choosing the right size for the desired fit.

SPECIAL ORDER

Our special order service is available for those would like something from our site made in a custom fabric or size. 

There is a 20% fee for all custom orders. Lead time of 4-6 weeks.
